Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tubers will ship in early April. Due to varying weather conditions across the country, I’m unable to ship earlier than this to ensure tubers arrive safely.

  • Please inspect all tubers immediately upon arrival and email me right away if you have any concerns.

  • Any issues with planted tubers must be reported via email by July 15th, 2026.

  • If you place multiple orders and would like to combine shipping, please email me all order numbers. I’ll do my best to combine shipments and refund a portion of the shipping costs when possible.
