Violas are one of my favorite flowers, who can resist their sweet faces. Violas can be grown as cut flowers with long stems if grown in the correct conditions or tucked into any garden area that receives 6 hours of sunlight per day. They are also an edible flower that can be used in baking, in salads or added to a lovely summer cocktail.
